Blue365 works with the networks below and the list of participating gyms within each network varies based on geography. Visit the pages for each network to learn more about which option might make the most sense for your budget and location. Simply enter your location into the Gym Finder and click search to see a listing of gyms in your area. You can also use filters to narrow your search results.

Yes, it’s easy to refer a local gym. Simply visit the corresponding pages below and click on the “Nominate a gym” link right above the Gym Finder:

Our gym memberships require that you verify your eligibility. To verify your eligibility for gym membership, make sure that you have your Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield (BCBS) plan member ID card handy. You will need to refer to it during the eligibility verification process. When you click “Verify Eligibility” in any of our gym offers, you will be asked to fill out a form. When filling out the form, your first and last name must exactly match the way it appears on your BCBS plan member ID card.
If you have trouble verifying your eligibility, please email Customer Service at support@blue365deals.com with the following information:
- A photo of your BlueCross and/or Blue Shield member ID card.
- Your date of birth
- The specific gym network that you are trying to verify eligibility for.
- A screenshot of the error message you are receiving. IMPORTANT: Please take the screenshot on a computer, PC or tablet preferably so we can see the entire screen. Be sure that the screenshot includes the error page URL.
- A good contact phone number.
- The best time to reach you (in case we need to contact you to provide additional assistance).

Silver&Fit and SilverSneakers are independent gym programs that are not part of Blue365. These fitness programs, which are specifically designed to help keep members 65 and older physically fit, are offered by some Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield (BCBS) plans to certain members with Medicare insurance policies.
To find out if your BCBS Company offers Silver&Fit or SilverSneakers, please contact Customer Service at the toll-free number on the back of your insurance card. You can also contact the companies directly; they will be able to direct your inquiry.

To update your account profile, follow these steps:
- Go to the Blue365 website and click “Sign In,” located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click on “Hello, {Your First Name}” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select “Profile” from the drop-down menu, then make any necessary changes.
- Click “Save” when finished to preserve your changes.

To change your email address, follow these steps:
- Go to the Blue365 website and click “Sign In”, located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click on “Hello, {Your First Name}” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select “Profile” from the drop-down menu and update your email address.
- Enter your current password before you click “Save".
- Click “Save” when finished to preserve your changes.
IMPORTANT: Remember that when you change your email, you must use the new email address when logging in to your account.

If you no longer wish to receive emails from Blue365 follow these steps:
- Log in to your Blue365 account.
- Click on your name on the top right of the page.
- Click on “My Account”.
- Click on “Email Preferences”.
You can also go to any of the Blue365 emails and click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. If you have any issues unsubscribing from emails, please contact Customer Service.

To reset your password, please visit the password reset page. Submit your email address, and you will receive an email with further instructions. Please note that the password reset email may take 5-10 minutes to arrive in your inbox.

To redeem a deal, first go to the Blue365 website and log in with your email address and password. If you haven’t yet registered, follow the instructions to register your membership.
- Once logged in, select “All Deals” and locate an offer that interests you.
- Click on “Details” to learn more about the offer.
- Click “Go To Partner Site” to visit the vendor’s website. (NOTE: for some offers the button may say “Print Coupon” or “Verify Eligibility”.)
- Click “Continue” and follow the additional steps for redemption. NOTE: Many deals can be redeemed online, but some require you to print a coupon for redemption at a store.

If you have difficulty redeeming an offer, please contact Customer Support via email at support@blue365deals.com. Please attach the following information to help us troubleshoot and solve your issue:
- A photo of your BlueCross and Blue Shield member ID card
- First name, last name, date of birth
- The specific offer that you are having an issue redeeming
- A screenshot of the error message you are receiving. IMPORTANT: Please don’t take the screenshot on your mobile phone. Be sure that the screenshot includes the error page URL.
Once we receive this information, we will be able to determine the root cause of the issue and provide you with a solution.

Please exhaust all covered insurance benefits first. To determine if you have any covered insurance benefits, call customer service at the toll-free number on the back of your Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield member ID card.

In some cases, you may be able to use HSA or FSA funds to purchase a Blue365 deal. However, there may be tax implications, so you should check with your tax accountant or benefit plan administrator. They should be able to determine whether the spend would be qualified under your HSA or FSA.
