The Terms

• ¹Plus an enrollment fee and applicable taxes for standard fitness centers. Costs for premium exercise studios exceed $28/mo. and an enrollment fee will apply for each premium location selected, plus applicable taxes. Fees vary based on premium fitness studios selected. 
• ²Add a spouse/domestic partner to a primary membership for additional monthly fees. Spouses/domestic partners must be 18 years or older. Fees may vary based on fitness center selection.
• Pro Tip  - Sign up at the beginning of the month for the best value.  Fees for the current month are full price, regardless of the date you sign up within the month.  If you have also sected a location with a specific number of classes/visits per month, try to use all classes/visits as any that are unused will not roll over to the next month.  
• Standard fitness center and premium studio participation varies by location and is subject to change. ASH reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Program (including, without limitation, the Enrollment Fee(s), the Monthly Fee(s), any future Annual Maintenance Fees and/or the Introductory Period) at any time per the terms and conditions. If ASH modifies a fee or make a material change to the Program, ASH will provide you with no less than 30 days’ notice prior to the effective date of the change. ASH may discontinue the Program at any time upon advance written notice. 
• There is no penalty for canceling. After your initial 2-month enrollment period simply go to your "My Account" page and cancel any time. Cancellations will be effective on the next billing cycle.
