The Terms
- Exhaust all covered insurance benefits first. To determine if you have any covered insurance benefits, call customer service at the toll-free number on the back of your member ID card.
- Depending on your health plan, hearing benefit may be able to be applied to discounted pricing.
- Price shown does not include cost of comprehensive hearing exam. The member may be charged a maximum fee of $45 for the exam, and the member may need to submit for reimbursement.
- Returns may incur re-stocking fees if returned outside of trial period.
- All appointments must be scheduled through Birdsong to qualify for savings.
- All hearing aids come with a one-time loss and damage waiver. Your local provider may charge a customary service fee ranging from $200-$250 per hearing aid.
