- Purchasing a Performance mattress or pillow qualifies you to be covered by BEDGEAR's Personal Fit Promise™. ™. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your mattress or Performance® Pillow within 30 days of delivery. Only unopened items—including mattress protectors, sheets, blankets, pillows, kids mattresses, crib mattresses, and pet beds—can be returned within 100 days.
- Special mattress types: For Modular Hybrid Mattresses, BEDGEAR will replace the Independent Suspension within 30 days if you are not satisfied. If you remain unsatisfied after replacement, BEDGEAR will refund the purchase, less an end-of-life fee of $199. Independent Suspension units purchased separately may be returned within 30 days for a 20% return fee, or within 100 days if unopened. Adjustable bases are non-refundable.
