The Terms

• ¹Plus applicable enrollment fee and taxes for standard fitness centers. Costs for premium exercise studios exceed $28/mo. and an enrollment fee will apply for each premium location selected, plus applicable taxes. Fees vary based on premium fitness studios selected. 
• You can switch gyms within the standard network and go to your new gym on the first of the next month for no additional fees; or you can go to the new gym right away for a one-time fee. Additional fees will apply when changing within the premium network or from a standard gym to a premium studio.
• ²Members may purchase multiple standard and premium gym memberships. Active&Fit Direct members are required to select a primary gym. If you wish to add more than one gym to your membership, you will be charged an additional $23 per month per standard gym. Price for additional premium gyms may vary. 
• ³Add a spouse/domestic partner to a primary membership for additional monthly fees. Spouses/domestic partners must be 18 years or older. Fees may vary based on fitness center selection.
• ⁴Active&Fit Direct^TM will contact the nominated gym and let them know of your interest to have them join their network. If they agree, which is not always guaranteed, Active&Fit Direct will begin the contracting process with them. Depending on the fitness center and their interest, this process can take anywhere from a few weeks or a few months.
• 20,000+ gyms includes both gyms in the standard and premium networks. 
• Pro Tip  - Sign up at the beginning of the month for the best value.  Fees for the current month are full price, regardless of the date you sign up within the month.  If you have also selected a location with a specific number of classes/visits per month, try to use all classes/visits as any that are unused will not roll over to the next month.  
• Standard fitness center and premium studio participation varies by location and is subject to change. ASH reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Program (including, without limitation, the Enrollment Fee(s), the Monthly Fee(s), any future Annual Maintenance Fees and/or the Introductory Period) at any time per the terms and conditions. If ASH modifies a fee or make a material change to the Program, ASH will provide you with no less than 30 days’ notice prior to the effective date of the change. ASH may discontinue the Program at any time upon advance written notice. 
• There is no penalty for canceling. After your initial 2-month enrollment period simply go to your "My Account" page and cancel any time. Cancellations will be effective on the next billing cycle.
