The Terms

• Gemiini provides an educational service for members. When considering therapy, be sure to exhaust all covered benefit options first.
• You may cancel service at any time by calling (855) 622-4863. 
• Full subscription refunds for all Gemiini subscriptions will be granted for requests received by our member service team within 10 calendar days of the first payment. After 10 calendar days of the first payment, no refunds will be issued.
• When you terminate a subscription by calling (855) 622-4863, you cancel only future charges associated with your subscription. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period, and as such, Gemiini does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle as you will continue to have the same access and benefits of your subscription for the remainder of the current billing period.
