- Therabox honors cancellation and full refunds within 24 hours of placing your order/renewal only. You must email Therabox immediately within 24 hours of your order at info@mytherabox.com and request a refund via email because Therabox processes refunds manually. After receiving an email request for the refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the full refund to appear back into your card.
- "Happiness Guarantee": Therabox wants you to be 100% happy with your box! If you are unsatisfied with your box, Therabox accepts returns of new unused TheraBoxes in exchange for store credit/refund if you email us and ship back your box within 14 days of receiving your box. The box must be returned in its original condition and packaging (TheraBox must be wrapped in an outer poly bag, or another box. Bare TheraBoxes without protective packaging, or has missing contents will not be accepted for returns). Return for store credit/refund is only acceptable for brand new TheraBoxes in its original condition with full contents and original/appropriate packaging. Therabox does not provide store credit/refund for returned products that are opened, used, returned after 14 days, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. Therabox is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us, therefore please ensure TheraBox is packaged securely when being returned. Please note: A return shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted if you would prefer a refund for returned boxes back to your original payment method. For store credit refunds, you will receive the full refund in the form of store credit for the amount purchased which can be used for any future purchases at our store, including The Happy Shoppe. Simply let Therabox know your preferred method of refund when emailing them. Happiness guarantee applies to regular items not purchased during sale events and promotions.
